WHY WIRELESS

Wireless means the fabric of your building remains in tact.

Wireless can be fitted while your facility remains operational (excluding sterile environments).

Wireless systems flex more easily than cabled systems to needs as they arise.

Safe: as an NHS-approved supplier, hospitals rely on our systems complying with HTM 08-03.

Hospitals also rely on how wireless systems can be retro-fitted to existing bedhead services.

NURSE CALL – CARE HOMES

Care homes choose ARM nurse call systems because they:

make it easy for staff to identify the source of calls because they give full text descriptions

give management the tools they need to monitor and control best practice – full audit trail of which buttons are pressed and responded to

are failsafe eg alerts you when in the event of a system fault or batteries are running low

comply with EN301 489, EN300 220 standards

carry a year’s guarantee

are supported 24/7, 365 days a year by specialist engineers over the telephone or online.

PANELS & DISPLAYS

Control panels are configured together in a wireless network to provide a “radio footprint” to cover the building/site.  These either come with a ‘built-in’ or ‘remote’ master display, which includes: function buttons to access user menus, day/night operation key-switch to set relevant modes.

Zoning – multiple zones can be set so displays/pagers only show calls from specific areas or levels of call.

Day/night mode, provides 2 distinctive operation modes.

Call escalation alerts staff to an unanswered call after a pre-set time.

Call history, control panels record last 500 events*

Battery back-up in case of power cuts.

Self supervising system will alert staff of any low batteries, device/inter-panel communication faults, tamper faults.Control panels have programmable inputs/outputs/relays and interface ports to enable connection to various complimentary systems:

Staff pagers – provide call/alarm messages direct to staff.

DECT – as above but messages to DECT handsets.

Call logging software* – keep a permanent record of events with search functionality and management reporting.

Printer – prints a hard copy of all events for your records.

CALL LOGGING

Call logging software provides a full audit trail of events.

With the ARM call logging software you can keep a record of everything that occurs on the system.

Easy search functions allow you to search for a specific event/sensor/time/date using simple tick boxes, drop down menus and calendar.

Management reports can be created such as and Call Response, Call Summary, Attendance (for night time rounds).

Maintenance: useful maintenance reports can be printed such as Battery logs, Sensor Listings or Outstanding Faults.
