We would always prefer to supply clients with a fixed price.

We guarantee that unless the client increases the amount of works that was originally allowed for, our fixed call ou will remain fixed.

There are, however occasions due to time restrictions or urgency of the call out can not be provided prior to the commencement of works. In these instances the following hourly rates will apply.

Monday - Friday:  07.30hrs - 17.00hrs
£65.00 for the first hour on site followed by £22.00 per hour or part there of.

Monday - Friday:  17.00hrs - 23.59hrs and Saturdays 08.00 - 17.00hrs
£75.00 for the first hour on site followed by £32.00 per hour or part there of.

Sundays and Bank Holidays:  08.00hrs - 17.00hrs.
£100.00 for the first hour on site followed by £50.00 per hour or part there of.

All of the above rates are exclusive of materials and the company day rate charges are all very transparent with NO hidden extras.
